Howard’s vision for serving the people of Hermosa Beach:
- Ensure reliable revenue base by retaining existing businesses and attracting new compatible businesses.
- Create an appearance and character that defines Hermosa Beach as a desirable location to live and work.
- Be responsive to the community.
- Make sure that City government is accountable for actions taken.
- Maintain effective and efficient delivery of services.
- Foster collaboration amongst the City, School District, its business partners and the residents by working together to develop common goals for the betterment of the community.
- Pursue study of Beach Cities consolidation of Fire Services & Dispatch Centers.
