About Howard Fishman
As Howard promised to his supporters, he's back in 2009!
Howard Fishman understands competing goals and the conflict that can occur. As your Hermosa Beach City representative he will bring honesty, ethics, accountability, balance and consensus-building to the City Council. And just like four years ago, he will not be accepting the salary or benefits that the City offers Council Members.
Howard Fishman understands the importance of inviting the public back into the process of city government.
